The natural setting of The Pristine Resort & Beach Restaurant underscores the award winning flavors coming from the kitchen. The atmosphere can be dressed up or down; Ocean view dining is available  in our open-air beach side pavilion or in the Dining Room.   The Pristine Resort & Beach Restaurant is a favorite among locals and has very reasonable prices.

We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year.  Mon-Thurs 7:30 am-10 pm, Fri & Sat 7:30 am- 11 pm, Sun 8 am-10 pm

 

Breakfast — Served 7:30 am to 11 am Monday thru Saturday 
Home-style American breakfast featuring a selection of griddle, continental and egg dishes.

 

Sunday Brunch — Served 8 am to 2 pm on Sundays

All your brunch favorites served in a picturesque beach side setting  and $20 Bottomless Mimosa’s.

 

Lunch — Served 11 am to 5:30 pm Monday thru Saturday, Sunday 2-5:30 pm
Lunch at The Pristine Resort & Beach is served in our beach side setting.  We offer specialty sandwiches, mixed salads, finger foods, and traditional favorites such as burgers, wings, quesadillas and fish & chips.

Dinner — Served from 5:30 pm to 10 pm Sunday thru Thursday, Friday & Saturday 5 – 11 pm
Our chefs know how to balance a menu with a combination of Caribbean inspired gourmet dishes and all-American favorites like a good ole’ char-broiled Rib-eye steak, for which The Pristine Resort & Beach has been voted “Best Steak on St. Croix”. The dinner menu is complete with daily specials,  a selection of beef, fish, chicken, and pasta dishes, all seasoned with locally grown produce and spices. Start your meal with our freshly prepared soups, salads and appetizers, finish it with our homemade desserts, and you have an evening to remember.

Bar — Lunch Menu starting 11 am – 10 pm   Happy Hour 4-6 pm
Our Beach Bar offers outdoor and indoor seating with a casual bar menu including buffalo wings, burger and fries, tacos, and salads.  We offer Refreshing Frozen Cocktails, Local Cruzan Rum drinks, and Micro Brews from St Croix’s very own Local brewery, Leatherback Brewing Company.  We also offer an expansive wine list.
